Are your items genuine sterling silver?
Yes! All our products are solid sterling silver jewelry.
Some are electroplated with 18k gold, white gold, or rose gold, and some have no plating. We do not use silver-plated alloys or nickel alloys.
Do your products have 925 stamps?
Most of our silver items have a 925 stamp.
Some handmade items may not have it.
Is your silver really 925 sterling silver?
Yes, all our jewelry is made from real 925 sterling silver.
We have SGS reports to prove this.
Do your products contain toxic metals or chemicals?
No. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and free from nickel, lead, and cadmium.
Although a tiny trace of nickel may remain, our silver follows all safety standards (EN 1811, EN 12472).
Does sterling silver tarnish over time?
Yes. Tarnishing (oxidation) is normal and not a defect.
It happens when silver reacts with air or substances like perfume, sweat, chlorine, creams, or salty air. A clean polish will bring back the shine.
How can I care for my jewelry to make plating last longer?
Here are some tips:
- Store jewelry separately and sealed to prevent scratches and air contact.
- Keep it in a clean, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and humidity.
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.
- Avoid contact with perfume, cleaning chemicals, chlorine, or saltwater.
- Use a silver-polishing cloth to clean gently. Do not rub too hard, to avoid scratching the plating.
Do I need to pay tax when importing to my country?
Yes, you may need to pay taxes such as customs duty, VAT, or sales tax.
Taxes depend on your country’s rules.

How do you ship orders?
We ship worldwide.
There are 2 main shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days, from $4.99
- Express Shipping: 4–8 business days, from $19.99
What happens after I place an order?
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- Within 1–4 business days, we will ship your package and send you a tracking number.
- We will track your order until it reaches you.
- If the package is lost, we will resend it.
Can I return items if I don’t like them?
