How 3M Jewels Processes Your Order

We keep our order process simple for fast and safe delivery.
Order Placed
When you click "Place Order" at checkout, we receive your order.
If you have an account with us, you can see your order in your account center.
We will also send you an email with your order details.
We only process orders after payment is confirmed.
Payment Confirmed
After you pay through our secure payment gateways (like PayPal), your order will be marked as "Payment Confirmed".
It will then move to our processing queue.
You will get an invoice email. No action is needed from you.
Please check your email often.
Sometimes we may need more details (like phone number, ring size, etc.).
Order Shipped
Once we ship your package, you will get an email with the shipping method and tracking number. You can track your package with the post office or the courier company with the tracking number.

Order Refund
If you are not happy with our product, you can return it within 7 days.
Email us and send back the package.
We will give a full refund once we receive the return.
