We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
How to Return an Item

- Tell Us Why: In your email, tell us the reason for your return. If you are returning an item due to a defect or if it was not as described, please include photos or a video.
- Ship It Back: Make sure the jewelry is packed safely. Use the original box or a secure, padded box to prevent damage during shipping.
We will process your refund within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are issued through PayPal.
When We Pay for Return Shipping
We will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases:
- Manufacturing Defects: If your jewelry has a flaw from how it was made. Please note: Natural marks on gemstones are not considered defects.

Wrong Item: If the jewelry you received is not what was described on our website. Please note:
- Colors can look different on your screen due to lighting.
- Photos may show a larger size for detail. The actual size is based on the weight of the silver. If you are unsure, please check the size details on our website or contact us.
When Refunds Are Not Given
We cannot offer a refund if the jewelry is damaged due to:
- Misuse: The item was damaged because of how it was handled or worn.
- Chemicals: The jewelry was exposed to chemicals or corrosive substances. This can change the look of the metal and gemstones. Examples include liquid silver polish, swimming pools, and hot tubs.

Delivery times are only estimates. Holidays and other events can affect shipping times, and these are out of our control. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have not received your package by the estimated delivery time, please email our Support Center.
